Gregory is a Michigan State Certified Instructor for Real Estate Licensing and Education.
He strives to make real estate simpler in the classroom.
As a lead instructor for MiLicense.net, a Grand Rapids-area real estate training school, he teaches the state's 40-hour pre-licensing class monthly and an array of certified continuing education courses, including Fair Housing and legal updates.
He is engaged in the following educational efforts:

Courses Offered
Licensing Courses
• The 40-hour Prelicensing Class is offered each month as a day class
• Every other month, the 40-hour Prelicensing Class is also offered at night
• Gregory offers Test Preparation Sessions on the first and last Saturday of each month
Continuing Education Courses
Gregory offers in-person Con Ed Courses a few times a month. Topics have included:
• NAR Code of Ethics Training
• Comprehensive Fair Housing
• Legal Updates
• Contracts & Disclosures

Obtaining a License
To earn your real estate license in Michigan, the following are required:
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Complete a State-approved 40-hour course
• Apply for the license and receive authorization to test
• Pass the Michigan real estate salesperson licensing exam (70% to pass)
• Secure employment with a sponsoring broker
Gregory teaches the 40-hour licensing course monthly and offers test preparation sessions.
